Shift lead Production

Overview

The role involves providing advanced technical direction in relation to machine operation, process setup and control, and employee training. Responsibilities include training employees, planning, assigning, and directing work, troubleshooting issues and resolving problems, interfacing between employees and supervisor, identifying areas for improvement, and ensuring production lines run efficiently and compliantly.

Success Profile

A successful candidate should demonstrate strong management skills, prior direct patient care experience, and a combination of technical skills and genuine passion for developing deep relationships with patients. They should also have prior customer service, healthcare, and direct patient care experience, along with the ability to learn the discipline of dialysis.
