Responsibilities

• Inventory Management: Receive, inspect, and accurately record all incoming inventory, maintain inventory records, perform stock counts, and reconcile discrepancies.
• Shipping and Receiving: Coordinate with suppliers and carriers, prepare shipping documents, pack and unpack shipments, and transport inventory using material handling equipment.
• Facility Maintenance: Keep the work area clean and organized, dispose of packaging materials and obsolete equipment, and adhere to safety protocols.
• Compliance and Safety: Follow safety procedures and data center security measures, compile with access controls, and ensure a secure working environment.
• Support and Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams, support special projects, and provide assistance as directed.
• Assembly: Assist in the setup and installation of computer server racks, handle tools and equipment safely, and support senior technicians in cable management.

Requirements

• Age 18 or older
• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1 year of experience in logistics, inventory management, or related fields
• Familiarity with inventory management systems and basic office software
• Basic math skills and ability to follow safety protocols
• Familiarity with lifting techniques and material handling equipment

Qualifications

• Additional education or certification in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and multitasking abilities
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills
• Positive attitude and ability to work in a team setting
• Flexible schedule availability, including overtime when needed

Skills

• Ability to lift and move heavy material
• Use of power equipment for moving heavy server racks

Night Shift: Monday - Friday, 10:00pm - 6:30am Weekend Night: Friday - Monday, 8:00pm - 6:30am
