As a Shift Lead your main responsibility will be to oversee production floor activities to achieve safe, efficient operation of quality product. Working directly under the Plant Manager, you will direct and assist in the work activities of production employees. You should be comfortable communicating with employees at all levels, following production documentation requirements and ensuring safety policies and procedures are followed.
