Lead and execute complex tasks related to the design, development, implementation, operation, and maintenance of instrumentation, electrical, and automation control systems.
Design and support automation control systems across a diverse range of manufacturing and engineering applications.
Apply mathematical modeling and analyze system dynamics to develop effective control strategies that ensure desired system performance.
Utilize control theory and advanced engineering principles to optimize system reliability, efficiency, and performance.
Support and enhance manufacturing operations through automation design, system configuration, and technical troubleshooting.
Contribute to complex engineering projects, making decisions that significantly influence outcomes and system performance.
Continuously evaluate and implement advancements in automation, controls, and system design technologies.
Ensure compliance with GxP regulations by following Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), maintaining accurate documentation, and adhering to quality standards.
Support organizational compliance and continuous improvement initiatives through adherence to regulatory requirements and best practices.

Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent years of directly related experience (or high school +8 yrs; Assoc.+4 yrs)
The ability to fluently read, write, understand and communicate in English
Work hours: 36 - 48 hours per week: 6:00 PM EST – 6:00 AM EST, 12-hour rotating night shift: 2 nights on, 2 nights off, and every other weekend (Though rare, day shift availability is possible based on business needs and individual qualifications)
Travel Required: 0 – 5%
Location: Onsite
