Pay

Starting pay range: $19.00–$19.90/hour with differential (based on experience).

Schedule

Shift 3: Sunday–Friday, 11:00 pm–7:00 am.

Responsibilities

• Monitor injection molding components with precision and attention to detail.
• Perform quality checks and deflash parts to meet customer specifications.
• Follow all safety protocols — your wellbeing and that of your teammates come first.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workspace.
• Collaborate with team members and actively contribute to a positive, supportive environment.
• Stay flexible — assist with other areas or buildings as business needs change.
• Show up strong: reliable attendance and willingness to work overtime when needed.

Requirements

• Experience in injection molding or extrusion processes (preferred).
• Comfort using hand tools and measuring equipment (tape measure proficiency a plus).
• A mechanical mindset with strong problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to lift/move up to 60 lbs safely and effectively.
• A positive attitude, self‑motivation, and a desire to keep learning new skills.
