Shelter Operations Specialist (2nd Shift)
for section headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We must include only sections with real specific content.
We need to parse the content.
First, we have description about Primavera Foundation and job summary. That could be "About the role". We'll put that in About the role
with
containing the summary. Then we have "Why Join Primavera?" which includes benefits: Differential Pay, Hazard Pay, Flexible Hours, Robust benefits package, 401(k) with company match. That's benefits and pay. We need separate sections: Benefits, Pay, Schedule. The posting includes "Differential Pay, from 6 p.m.- 6:30 a.m. you make $2.50/hr on top of your hourly pay" => Pay. "Hazard Pay, an additional $150 paid in a lump sum to your first check each month" => Pay. "Flexible Hours with the option of working four 10-hour days or five 8-hour days" => Schedule. "Robust benefits package (Medical, Dental, and Vision)" => Benefits. "401(k) with company match" => Benefits. Thus we need Benefits section with list items: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401(k) with company match. Possibly also mention "Robust benefits package". We'll list. Pay section: Differential Pay ($2.50/hr from 6 p.m.-6:30 a.m.), Hazard Pay ($150 lump sum monthly). Could combine. Schedule section: Flexible Hours option of working four 10-hour days or five 8-hour days. Also mention shift: Currently Hiring For 2nd Shift (Wednesdays through Sundays: 2:00 p.m. - 10:30 p.m.) Mondays and Tuesdays off *Will vary to meet the needs of the facility*. That's schedule specifics. So schedule includes shift details and flexible hours. Now Requirements: Minimum Qualifications list. That's qualifications. Also Preferred Qualifications list. Could be under Qualifications (maybe separate Required and Preferred). But we have headings: Requirements, Qualifications, Skills. We need to decide what to put where. The instruction: Use headings for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). So we can have multiple sections: Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills. We need to allocate content. Responsibilities: The big list of duties under "Responsibilities DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES". We'll put that in
- .
Requirements: Could be the minimum qualifications (hard requirements). We'll put that.
Qualifications: Could be preferred qualifications.
Skills: Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities section plus Physical Environment/Conditions maybe? But we have a heading Skills; we can put the Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities list there. Physical environment maybe not needed; could be omitted or placed under Skills? But we should preserve all substantive information. Physical environment is substantive; we could include it under Skills or maybe under Requirements? But we have no heading for Physical Environment. Could we add a section? The instruction says use those headings; but we can also add other headings if needed? It says "Use
for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule)." The e.g. suggests those are examples, not exclusive? It says "Use
for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule)." Likely they expect only those headings. But we need to include all substantive info; we can incorporate physical environment into Skills or Requirements. Probably under Skills as "Knowledge of issues facing people who are homeless..." includes some; physical environment could be added as a bullet under Skills? Might be okay. Better: Create a Skills section that includes both Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities and Physical Environment/Conditions. Now we need to avoid boilerplate: remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO etc. Not present. We must not repeat job title as heading. Not include Job ID. We must not create sections with filler like "commensurate with experience". Not present. Now produce HTML fragment. Structure:
