Reports to: Vice President of Compliance & Data Strategy
Location: Manhattan, NY – Corporate Office (with regular site visits)
Essential Functions

Required Education and Experience
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited school is required.
- Minimum of three years of experience in contract compliance, quality improvement, program operations, or data reporting in human services.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including intermediate Excel skills.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and written communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
- Ability to travel within the five boroughs of New York City.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with vulnerable or at-risk populations.
- Experience working in a shelter environment.
- Experience working with New York City government agencies.
- Experience using CARES or other human services data systems.
Work Environment
This position operates primarily in an office setting, with regular visits to shelter sites serving individuals who may experience mental illness, substance use, disability, HIV/AIDS, and other chronic health conditions.
Physical Demands
- While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand, walk, sit, stoop, climb stairs, and/or kneel.
- Occasionally, the employee may lift and/or move up to 5 pounds.
- Some responsibilities may include travel between sites, walking up to 0.25 miles, and carrying work materials weighing up to 8 pounds.
