Shell Project Managers & Superintendents oversee day-to-day field operations and project management activities for concrete shell construction projects. These full-time roles are based in Pompano Beach, FL, with on-site project oversight responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Plan, document, and coordinate construction activities
• Schedule and supervise field crews and subcontractors
• Monitor progress against project timelines
• Coordinate inspections
• Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and budget requirements
• Work closely with logistics and expediting teams to manage material deliveries
• Resolve on-site issues
• Maintain clear communication with clients, design teams, and internal stakeholders
• Produce accurate reports and maintain project documentation
• Support continuous improvement in construction processes and customer satisfaction
