Shelbyville Labeling, Stackoff - Forklift OPR PR04 - FT (2nd Shift)

This position is slated for team members who are currently working at this facility or complex as a priority. External candidates are considered post internal applicant review. Current team members interested in transferring into this position from another Tyson facility should express interest through their local HR Partner.

Responsibilities

• Loading/unloading trailers
• Removing pallets of product from one place to the next in a timely manner to and from a loading dock
• Cleaning work area and equipment regularly
• Recording important information associated with the trailer such as date, trailer number, order number, etc.
• Performing any other tasks assigned by management

Work Environment

• Cold (35° to 40°) and wet environment
• Appropriate foot, eye, and ear protection required
• Occasionally lifting over 45 lbs
• May require long periods of standing
• Some tasks involve repetitive motion, utilizing hand and wrist motions

Requirements

• Minimum of 6 months documented forklift driving experience (external candidates)
• Willing and able to perform the physical requirements of the job with or without a reasonable accommodation
• Certain roles require background checks
