Forklift Opr PR04 (3rd Shift) - Tyson of Rogers

Counties considered: Washington, Benton, and Madison. Relocation assistance is not available.

Schedule

Monday - Friday with possible Saturdays
11:00 PM - 6:00 AM (3rd shift)

Pay

$17.30 per hour

Responsibilities

• Load trailers with the correct product and unload trailers with supplies using a forklift.
• Ensure pallets being loaded are the right products and apply the proper hold code when necessary.
• Scan all product into the MITTS system and place scanned product in the freezer accordingly.
• Maintain the freezer in a clean and organized state.
• Keep an accurate count of all production going into the freezer and on loaded trucks.
• Manage rework flow between shipping and production lines, including staking fat and rotating/organizing blast in the proper order.
• Assist in the condemnation of production.
• Ensure production has all necessary labels and bags to operate.
• Communicate any issues or problems within the area to the Supervisor, including suggestions or concerns.
• Obtain a forklift license/permit after completing a 2-week training period.
• Perform physical tasks including lifting, pulling, or pushing up to 50 pounds.
• Complete any other duties as assigned by the Supervisor.

Requirements

• 6 months of continuous work history in the last 12 months.
• Maximum of two previous employments at Tyson Foods to be considered for rehire.
• Willingness and ability to perform the physical requirements of the job, with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Certain roles require background checks; additional documentation will be provided if applicable.
