This is the role for people who are looking to build their career in hospitality, who spot problems before they happen, who take real pride in running a great shift. As a Supervisor at Rudy's, you'll own sections of the floor, support the management team, and help create the kind of experience that our customers love.

Responsibilities

• Running sections of the floor and supporting the management team during service
• Leading by example - the team looks to you when things get busy
• Coaching and motivating floor staff to deliver exceptional guest experiences
• Taking on opening and closing responsibilities as needed
• Handling guest feedback in the moment
• Keeping standards high across service, hygiene, and presentation
• Supporting with training and onboarding of new team members

Requirements

• Experience in a similar supervisory or senior team member role in hospitality
• A confident, calm presence on a busy floor
• Natural communication skills and a genuine care for the guest experience
• Someone who leads with energy and earns the team's trust
• Awareness of basic shift management
• Ambition to develop - the Supervisor role is a real launchpad at Rudy's

Pay

£13.95 per hour | Tips & Tronc | Bi-Weekly Bonus
