Pay
Starting Pay: $18.45 - 18.95/hr (+$1.00/hr Night Shift Differential)
Pay Grade Range: $18.45 - 22.80/hr (+$1.00/hr Night Shift Differential) based on experience.

About the role
As a Material Handler / Sheeting Helper, you’ll keep our production moving by:
- Preparing and maintaining rolls for machines
- Operating forklifts, pallet jacks, and other PIV equipment
- Packaging and staging products for the pressroom
- Assisting operators as needed
- Keeping work areas clean, organized, and safe
- Preparing recyclable waste for transport
- Following all safety policies and procedures
Requirements
- Ability to lift 45–70 lbs and push/pull up to 1100 lbs with a manual pallet jack
- Comfortable standing/walking for 12-hour shifts in varying conditions
- Basic math, reading, and measurement skills
- Attention to detail, organization, and teamwork
- Strong verbal and written communication
Qualifications
Preferred:
- High school diploma or equivalent + 6–12 months of forklift/pallet jack experience
