About the role
This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for overseeing shop production, coordinating fabrication workflows, and driving quality and efficiency across all sheet metal projects.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily shop operations
- Coordinate fabrication workflows
- Drive quality and efficiency across all sheet metal projects
- Lead and mentor a team of sheet metal workers
Requirements
- Strong experience in CNC equipment
- Experience in HVAC duct fabrication
- Proven track record of leading and mentoring teams
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 5 years of related experience in sheet metal fabrication
- Valid driver’s license
