Fabrication and Installation
- Fabricate, assemble, and install sheet metal products based on design drawings and specifications.
- Install and repair HVAC ductwork, gutters, roofs, siding, and related sheet metal products.
- Measure, cut, bend, and shape sheet metal using hand tools, power tools, and shop equipment.
- Read and interpret blueprints, shop drawings, and layouts to determine materials and fabrication steps.
- Inspect finished products for accuracy, fit, and quality.
Skills and Knowledge
- Minimum 1 year experience (3+ years preferred) as a Sheet Metal Mechanic in HVAC or commercial construction.
- Proficiency in reading blueprints, specifications, and mechanical drawings.
- Skilled in operating power brakes, shears, and forming tools.
- Strong understanding of HVAC duct systems and airflow design.
- Ability to work safely and efficiently in field and shop environments.

- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to multiple job sites.
