About the Role

Notches and pierces parts on Finn-Power turret punch press. Makes setup and adjustments to machine. Uses PC to observe automatic nesting/sorting NC Express programs and to make adjustments to part programs. Monitors quality of product, maintains tooling, performs basic maintenance on machine, cleans machine weekly, and maintains a clean safe work environment.

Requirements

• Formal Finn-Power training in machine operation and controls
• Formal Finn-Power training on automatic nesting of programs and monitoring programs
• Formal Finn-Power training on automatic sorting of parts and monitoring location
• Personal Computer and keyboard capability
• Blueprint reading
• Approximately 6 months of punch press experience to be 90% proficient
