Shaw Kitchen Sanitation Worker

Position Summary

To clean and sanitize dishes, glassware, silverware, pots, pans, utensils, kitchen and serving equipment, and related work areas by utilizing and operating appropriate equipment; sweeps, mops, sanitizes floors of kitchen and related work areas according to prescribed standards; empties waste baskets, trashcans, boxes, and containers; may assist in maintaining food inventories and food preparation.

Minimum Requirements

• Casual knowledge of cleaning materials, equipment, and methods is necessary.
• Willingness to work a flexible shift is necessary.
• Frequent lifting of over 75 pounds is required.

Desired Qualifications

• Experience working with cleaning materials,

• willingness to learn food service methods and procedures.
