Shaw Joins LAVATEC Executive Team
LAVATEC has appointed Jim Shaw as Vice President and National Accounts Sales Manager. Based in Cincinnati, Shaw reports to President Mark Thrasher and brings 40 years of industry experience to the role.

- Former President of VEGA Systems USA (10 years): Expanded equipment offerings and led product line redesigns to meet market demands, driving aggressive sales growth.
- Senior Vice President at Ellis Corporation USA (21 years): Collaborated with engineering, sales, parts, and service teams to broaden product lines and enhance sales support.
