Crimmins Joins LAVATEC

LAVATEC has appointed Tim Crimmins as Regional Sales Manager for the Southeast United States and Caribbean islands. Based in Orlando, he reports to Jim Shaw, Vice President and National Accounts Sales Manager.

About the role

Crimmins brings over 30 years of operations management and sales experience in the laundry industry. He grew up in the business, spending summers working at his father’s laundry facilities, and has served in multiple executive roles overseeing sales, service, and facility operations.

Since joining LAVATEC, he has quickly engaged with existing customers and prospects, leveraging his industry relationships to drive growth in the region.

Background

Crimmins credits his decision to join LAVATEC to a long-standing professional relationship with Jim Slatcher, the company’s Regional Sales Manager for the Western states. “Knowing Jim for over 25 years provided a huge sense of comfort in my decision,” he said. “I left a part of the business where I felt I was very accomplished, and I’m excited about this new challenge. I plan to stay humble, patient, and learn from those around me so I can contribute to the team.”

Outside of work, Crimmins enjoys reading, sports, and maintaining a regular gym routine. He has previously volunteered in youth basketball programs and hopes to resume community involvement in the future.
