About the role

We're seeking an energetic, creative Shark Tank Teacher to inspire high school students to develop innovative ideas, think creatively, and confidently present their projects.

Responsibilities

• Guide students through the process of brainstorming ideas, identifying challenges, developing creative solutions, building presentations, and pitching their concepts in a Shark Tank-style format.
• Help students strengthen skills in communication, collaboration, critical thinking, creativity, and public speaking.
• Create an engaging, hands-on classroom environment where students feel encouraged to take risks, share their ideas, and build confidence.
• Empower teachers to bring their own creativity and teaching style into the classroom, with ongoing organizational support to help manage classroom logistics and day-to-day responsibilities.

Requirements

• Charismatic, engaging, and student-focused personality
• Passion for creativity, innovation, and working with young learners
• Teaching, coaching, mentoring, or related experience preferred
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Comfort with technology (or openness to learning new platforms)
• Ability to create an exciting, hands-on classroom environment
