SharePoint Solutions Engineer

About the role

A SharePoint Solutions Engineer focused on modernizing legacy business processes into secure, automated workflows within a Sentris Protected SharePoint environment to support large enterprise IT systems.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, document, and modernize organizational processes
• Engage stakeholders to gather functional requirements
• Perform gap analysis and map manual workflows to digital processes
• Design, build, and deploy secure SharePoint sites, workflows, and content
• Configure site collections, lists, document libraries, and ensure access controls
• Collaborate with development teams to integrate new applications
• Develop user training materials and SOPs for end-user adoption
• Provide progress reports to stakeholders

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree with 4+ years' experience in SharePoint engineering, administration, or development
• Proficiency in PowerShell, C#, .NET, JavaScript
• Experience with SQL Server, Microsoft Graph API, and integrating with Microsoft 365
• Knowledge of secure hybrid-cloud/on-premises Windows infrastructure
• Ability to create technical documentation and user guides
• Active TS/SCI clearance, with eligibility for CI Poly within six months

Preferred Skills

• Sentris platform experience or certification
• Training end-users on SharePoint and related systems
• Project management, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills
• Experience with Agile and DevOps methodologies
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities
