About the role
A SharePoint Solutions Engineer responsible for modernizing legacy business processes into secure, automated digital workflows within a Sentris Protected SharePoint environment to support enterprise IT systems.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate, document, and modernize organizational business processes
- Engage with stakeholders to gather requirements and perform gap analysis
- Design, build, and deploy secure SharePoint sites, workflows, lists, and web content
- Configure SharePoint components while maintaining security and access controls
- Collaborate with development teams to identify applications for process modernization
- Develop user training materials and SOPs for end-user adoption
- Provide status updates to stakeholders regularly
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree and 4+ years in SharePoint systems engineering, administration, or development
- Proficiency in PowerShell, C#, .NET, JavaScript, and SQL Server integration
- Experience with secure hybrid-cloud or on-premises Windows infrastructure
- Ability to create technical documentation and user guides
- Security clearance: TS/SCI with ability to obtain CI Polygraph
Skills
- Experience with Sentris Enterprise Engineer Training or certification
- End-user training and project leadership capabilities
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills
- Familiarity with Agile and DevOps methodologies
