Sharepoint and Power Platform Administrator

Responsibilities

• Serve as a seasoned administrator for SharePoint Online, OneDrive for Business, and the M365 Power Platform
• Act as a subject matter expert and stay current with the latest Power Platform updates and best practices
• Provide architecture and development guidance on Power Platform projects across our customer base
• Stay ahead of tech trends in the Power Platform space, proposing continuous improvements in performance and maintenance of the M365 platform
• Work with the customer to establish and enforce governance policies for Microsoft SharePoint and Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Dataverse)
• Help design scalable and maintainable SharePoint and Power Platform architectures and define development standards for US Federal customers
• Work closely with development and project teams to ensure development aligns with platform and architectural goals
• Guide and support development teams, ensuring best practices and coding standards
• Provide guidance on Power Platform integration with MS and third-party applications and data sources using APIs and custom connectors
• Assist application developers during deployment of applications
• Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze requirements and assess suitability for Microsoft Power Platform-based solutions or recommend alternate technologies and solutions where appropriate
• Embedded DevSecOps practices into the Power Platform lifecycle, including automated testing, CI/CD pipelines, security scanning, and continuous monitoring
• Provide support to resolve Tier 3 issues, coordinate with Microsoft as needed for resolution

Qualifications

• BA/BS in a relevant subject, such as computer science or equivalent
• 10+ years of relevant experience in new and related older technology that directly relates to the required area of expertise
• Ability to obtain a public trust
• Possess requisite knowledge and expertise so recognized in the professional community that the Government is able to qualify the individual as an expert in the field for an actual task order
