MLT creates solutions by empowering our people to fulfill their passion for service. In support of Program Manager Tactical Communications & Electromagnetic Warfare Systems (PM TCE), we are seeking a SharePoint Administrator to perform day-to-day management of the Microsoft 365 environment.
Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver custom SharePoint solutions utilizing Microsoft 365 programs
- Collect, analyze, and document requirements for business applications, capabilities, and enhancements
- Create and manage user groups
- Maintain, modify, and implement website changes
- Work with customers, stakeholders, administrators, and developers to maintain consistency and usability across the environment and identify opportunities to increase efficiency
- Troubleshoot user issues and deploy custom applications
- Develop dashboards and reporting tools, configure SharePoint libraries, and ensure quality control
- Create technical and training artifacts to assist users in operational and functional support
- Assist with SharePoint development, as needed
- Perform day-to-day management of Microsoft 365 environment, including SharePoint, Teams, PowerApps, Forms, Outlook, OneDrive, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote, Tasks, Insights, Planner, PowerBI, Stream, Visio, and Power Automate
- Proofread, revise, and edit technical information and documentation
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 7-10 years of experience
- Ability to manage complex SharePoint environments
- Technical knowledge of data management systems, back-end development, front-end design/implementation, database design, data quality, and data governance
- Good written communication skills, organizational skills, and ability to perform detail-oriented work

- Use hands and arms for routine work tasks
- Occasionally lift or move items up to 30 pounds
- Vision abilities required include close and distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus, with or without corrective lenses
