SharePoint Administrator and IT Systems Support Specialist
About the role
CACI is seeking a SharePoint Administrator and IT Systems Support Specialist to provide a full range of on-site IT asset support and perform as the SharePoint administrator/developer for a U.S. Navy customer located in Norfolk, VA.
Responsibilities
Duties include but are not limited to:
- SharePoint functional expertise: set up, user access, file management, and client training
- System installation; defining, documenting, and enforcing system standards
- Configuring and installing various telecommunication and laptop devices and services (e.g., printers, VPN, QoS)
- Conducting testing of systems after software pushes
- Monitoring performance; troubleshooting network problems and outages
- Coordinating upgrades; performing network maintenance and system upgrades including service packs, patches, hot fixes and security configurations
- Monitoring network engineering performance and ensuring system availability and reliability
- Working with vendors and other IT personnel for problem resolution
- Providing Level-2/3 support and troubleshooting to resolve issues
Specific responsibilities will also include supporting the government senior managers in command IT asset management and SharePoint site maintenance, including managing Command SharePoint site versions, advising on site wide issues, and developing streamlined SharePoint solutions.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Computer Information Systems, Computer Information Assurance or related field
- 5+ years of recent IT and SharePoint experience
- Demonstrated expertise in SharePoint administration: SharePoint versions 2007, 2010, and 2013 experience
- Active Secret Clearance
- Minimum of current CompTIA Security + Continuing Education (CE) required
Qualifications
The ideal candidate would have the above qualifications and background in U.S. Navy or ship repair/maintenance, as well as experience interacting with senior-level government managers.

Pay
The proposed salary range for this position is $75,200-$158,100, depending on factors such as geographic location, relevant work experience, and specific skills and competencies.
Schedule
The role is full-time, with up to 10% travel required, primarily within the Continental US.
