SharePoint Administrator, Acquisition Management
Job Description
The SharePoint Administrator, Acquisition Management will support the Department of State’s Evolve Program Management Office by designing, developing, and administering SharePoint Online sites and workflows tailored to acquisition and contract management needs. This role will maintain site permissions, optimize user experience, and provide strategic guidance on SharePoint capabilities. The developer will collaborate closely with our Partners data and development team lead and contribute to the modernization of diplomatic technology infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop SharePoint sites, websites, forms, and workflows using SharePoint Online
- Administer SharePoint sites and maintain permission sets
- Recommend improvements to SharePoint capabilities and user experience
- Advise on SharePoint vision and strategy
- Collaborate with MITRE data/development team lead on the Evolve program
Minimum Requirements
- 5+ years of SharePoint development and administration experience with a Bachelor’s degree
- 2+ years of SharePoint Online experience
- U.S. Government Contracting Officer experience
- Possess and maintain a Secret level security clearance
- Eligible for access to classified information
Preferred Qualifications
- Power BI experience
- Familiarity with federal procurement and acquisition environments
Work Location & Schedule
Primary Location: 2025 E St, NW, Washington, DC
Onsite Requirements: Hybrid – 3–4 days onsite in DC
Desired Start Date: October 2025 (Start date dictated by clearance processing)
