Shared Living Provider - North Andover Area
Overview
Would you like to work from home while making a difference in someone's life? Do you have an extra room in your home? Are you willing to provide care, a social and engaging life for a person with cognitive disabilities?
About the role
Riverside is there every step of the way to provide support to both the individual and the provider family. We are committed to the philosophy that individuals with developmental disabilities thrive when they are able to live in a family home.
Responsibilities
- Live with the individual in your home
- Assist with meal preparation
- Transportation to medical appointments
- Medication administration
Requirements
Past experience is helpful, but not required. Training and on-going support will be provided.
Qualifications
The individual will live in your home and need assistance with meal preparation, transportation to medical appointments and medication administration.

Pay
This is a stipend-based arrangement determined by the Massachusetts Department of Developmental Services (DDS) based on the level of need of the individual supported. Stipend amounts vary accordingly.
Schedule
Opportunities available in the following locations: Andover, Lawrence, Methuen, Haverhill, Dracut, and Boxford.
