About the role
The Shared Living program at Riverside Community Care matches adults with developmental disabilities to welcoming individuals or families in their community for long-term, in-home placement. The goal is to integrate the individual into the home and community life, enriching the lives of all involved.
Responsibilities
- Assistance with meal preparation
- Transportation to medical appointments
- Medication administration
Requirements
Past experience is helpful but not required. Training and ongoing support will be provided.
