Shared Living Provider - Sharon/Foxboro/Walpole

About the role

The Shared Living program at Riverside Community Care matches adults with developmental disabilities with welcoming individuals or families in their community for long-term, in-home placement. The goal is to integrate the individual into the home and community life, enriching the lives of all involved.

Responsibilities

• Assistance with meal preparation
• Transportation to medical appointments
• Medication administration

Requirements

Past experience is helpful but not required. Training and ongoing support will be provided.

Qualifications

• Willingness to provide care and engage in social activities
• Extra room in your home in Sharon, Walpole, or Foxboro
• Willingness to integrate the individual into your home and community life

Pay

This is a stipend-based arrangement determined by the Massachusetts Department of Developmental Services (DDS) based on the level of need of the individual supported. Stipend amounts vary accordingly.
