What You’ll Do

• Provide members with a high level of support services support in a friendly, efficient and timely manner.
• Support the handling of products and services offered to our members.
• Aid the Deposit Services department in achieving service goals.

Essential Functions

• Contribute to DCU’s Success Sharing initiatives and adhere to DCU’s principles of People Come First; Do the Right Thing; Make a Difference.
• Actively release Remote Deposit Capture deposits, process share draft returns, handle Fed Returns, encode error disputes, manage Pega service requests, process member affidavits, make accounting adjustments, and assist in creating procedures.
• Maintain a high level of professionalism and respect during interactions with members and colleagues.
• Stay updated on and follow DCU policies and procedures related to the position, as well as relevant regulations.
• Ensure accuracy and efficiency in completing tasks, meeting or exceeding performance goals, including service level achievement, task timeliness, work quality, and other assigned responsibilities.
• Offer support, service, and research to members and other departments within DCU.
• Answer incoming Hunt Line(s) calls professionally.
• Participate in various team projects and cross-train within the Deposit Services Department as needed.

What You’ll Need

• Prior financial institution experience preferred.
• Prior customer service experience.
• Strong PC skills with an emphasis on Microsoft Office.
