About the role

Shangrila Foods is seeking energetic and passionate sales professionals to serve as Territory Manager / Territory Sales Officer in Muzaffarabad, Hafizabad, Daska, and Lalamusa.

Responsibilities

• Manage sales territories effectively
• Develop and implement sales strategies
• Build and maintain relationships with key clients and distributors
• Ensure timely delivery and inventory management
• Monitor and report on sales performance
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to enhance sales efforts

Requirements

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree
• Up to 34 years of age
• At least 5 years of experience in Sales & Distribution Management
• Experience in the Food and Beverages industry preferred

Qualifications

• Sound knowledge of Sales & Distribution Management
• High level of initiative skills
• Futuristic approach to business growth
• Business planning acumen (Channel, Category, and People)
• Strong coaching and mentoring skills
