SFDC E and U Scrum Master

Roles & Responsibilities

• To facilitate Agile processes for Salesforce DevOps team, ensuring the successful delivery of projects in Sales/Service Cloud and SF Energy Utilities Cloud implementations.
• Drive the Scrum Ceremonies and help the team execute.
• Contribute and ensure the team understands the business requirements, conduct refinement sessions, and plot solutions for Epics and Features to achieve well-refined stories.
• Ensure the development team understands the complete story and requirement, and guide them to follow stories based on Definition of Ready (DoR) and Definition of Done (DoD).
• Take a servant leadership role and remove impediments that hinder the team's progress.
• Handle backlog management and collaborate with the Product Owner to maintain a prioritized Product Backlog and Sprint Backlog.
• Support the Salesforce project's release management, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and deployments.
• Maintain metrics well organized and detailed, adhering to Agile best practices to improve team productivity metrics such as Velocity, throughput, Say-Do ratio, and Burn-Down.
• Work closely with stakeholders to define and understand key business questions and problems within the team.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor of Computer Science degree.
• Minimum 7 years of work experience as a Scrum Master in executing multiple projects within Agile delivery.
• Proactive communication and self-motivation to drive results.
• Excellent email communication skills.
• Experience in Agile processes and Scrum.
• Knowledge in Salesforce industries, including OmniStudio and its components like OmniScripts, Integration Procedures, Flex Cards, and Data Mappers.
• Exposure or knowledge of the Energy and Utility industry.
• Experience or knowledge in Sales, Service, Experience Cloud, Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Flows.
• Ability to identify actionable insights and suggest recommendations to influence the direction of the business and cross-functional teams on SFDC.
