Sr Scrum Master

Key Responsibilities

• Lead multiple complex technical initiatives to achieve business goals.
• Manage high-complexity development projects and facilitate sprint releases.
• Organize and facilitate daily stand-ups, planning, and retrospectives.
• Monitor project execution and identify risks and tradeoff decisions.
• Ensure teams adhere to Agile practices and improve productivity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• 8 years of experience as a project manager and/or Scrum Master.
• 5 years of experience with Agile software development projects.
• Demonstrated ability to coach Agile Scrum implementation.
• Possession of active Scrum Master certification.
