About the role

PNC is seeking a highly motivated Business Systems Analyst with strong Salesforce experience to bridge the gap between business stakeholders and technical teams. This role will be responsible for gathering and analyzing business requirements, identifying process improvements, and delivering scalable Salesforce solutions that support organizational goals. The ideal candidate has a blend of business analysis expertise, Salesforce platform knowledge, and experience working in Agile environments. Working in an Agile, fast-paced environment, you will help shape and optimize key processes across Sales, Service, Marketing, and Customer Success functions.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, document, and validate business requirements.
• Analyze current business processes and identify opportunities for optimization, automation, and improved efficiency.
• Translate business needs into functional specifications, user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, and solution designs.
• Partner with Salesforce Administrators, Developers, Architects, and cross-functional teams to design and implement Salesforce solutions.
• Configure and support Salesforce functionality, including workflows, reports, dashboards, custom objects, validation rules, and automation tools.
• Create and maintain user stories, process maps, functional specifications, and test cases to support solution delivery.
• Facilitate requirements workshops, stakeholder meetings, and solution review sessions to ensure alignment and clarity.
• Conduct gap analyses and recommend technology solutions aligned with business objectives and Salesforce best practices.
• Support system testing efforts, including planning and executing User Acceptance Testing (UAT), test planning, defect tracking, and resolution.
• Monitor Salesforce system performance and recommend enhancements to improve user experience and operational efficiency.
• Develop training materials, documentation, and job aids, and provide end-user support to drive adoption of Salesforce solutions.
• Ensure compliance with data governance, security standards, and platform best practices within the Salesforce environment.
• Use Confluence and Jira, or similar tools, to document requirements, track work, and support Agile ceremonies.
• Write and maintain validation scripts to ensure data quality and system integrity.
