About the Role
LaSalle Network is hiring an experienced Oracle Order Management Technical Lead to join a high-performing IT organization focused on driving innovation and business transformation. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced technology leader to shape the future of enterprise Order Management systems while collaborating with business leaders across Sales, Supply Chain, and IT.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, and delivery of enterprise Order Management solutions across Oracle EBS and Oracle Fusion Cloud environments.
- Drive complex IT initiatives, including cloud migration projects and system modernization efforts.
- Partner with business leaders to understand requirements and deliver scalable, innovative solutions.
- Create functional designs and technical specifications to enhance Order Management applications.
- Lead solution development, testing, implementation, and production support activities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional and globally distributed teams to deliver projects on time and within budget.
- Provide technical leadership while mentoring team members and guiding extended project teams.
- Manage competing priorities and facilitate strategic prioritization discussions.
- Identify opportunities to improve business processes through technology and automation.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives across enterprise Order Management platforms.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required.
- 10+ years of experience with Oracle R12 EBS Order Management and/or Oracle Fusion Cloud applications.
- Strong expertise in Oracle Order Management, Inventory, Pricing, and Customer Master modules.
- Experience leading complex enterprise IT projects, including cloud migrations.
- Three to five years of experience building Oracle PaaS applications using Oracle APEX, Autonomous Database, and Visual Builder Cloud Service (VBCS).
- Experience working within Agile delivery environments.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to partner across technical and business teams.
- Experience managing production support and mentoring technical teams.
- Exposure to Oracle CPQ, Planning, Purchasing, Manufacturing, or Accounts Receivable is preferred.
- Familiarity with MuleSoft, Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), Salesforce, or emerging AI technologies is a plus.
- Lean, ITIL, or process improvement experience is a plus.
- Must be authorized to work permanently in the United States. Sponsorship is not available.

Pay
$150,000-$165,000 base salary plus eligibility for a discretionary bonus.
