Key Responsibilities

• Lead a team of sewers to ensure all products meet the highest quality standards.
• Train and mentor new team members on sewing techniques, pattern making, and best practices.
• Monitor production schedules to ensure orders are completed on time.
• Collaborate with other departments to guarantee products meet customer specifications.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any sewing‑related issues that arise.

Key Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in sewing, patterning, and garment construction.
• Bilingual Spanish‑English strongly preferred to communicate with the team.
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate a team.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
• Knowledge of industrial sewing machines and equipment.

Physical Demands / Work Environment

Individuals may need to sit or stand upwards of 7 hours per shift, climb stairs, and walk on level surfaces periodically throughout the day. Must be able to lift up to 50 lb. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
