Sewer Maintenance Worker / Equipment Operator

About the role

The role involves performing various tasks related to sewer maintenance and equipment operation. Duties include inspecting and cleaning sewers, operating machinery, and ensuring compliance with safety protocols.

Responsibilities

• Inspect and clean sewers using specialized equipment
• Operate and maintain various pieces of heavy machinery
• Ensure all operations comply with safety standards and regulations
• Document findings and report issues to supervisors

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license
• Physical ability to perform manual labor
• Knowledge of plumbing and equipment operation

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of relevant experience in a similar field
• Experience with heavy machinery and equipment operation
• Strong attention to detail and safety awareness

Skills

• Proficiency in operating heavy machinery
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
