Responsibilities

• Clear & Restore: Use professional cables, jetters, and diagnostic cameras to clear clogged drains, main sewer lines, and residential plumbing systems.
• Diagnose & Repair: Identify root causes of drain and plumbing failures; execute clean, code-compliant repairs and replacements.
• Educate & Connect: Walk homeowners through system conditions, explain safety or structural risks, and offer clear solution options.
• Maintain Quality: Keep detailed service records, maintain a pristine truck, and deliver five-star customer experiences on every visit.

Requirements

• 1+ years of drain cleaning, residential plumbing, or relevant service experience preferred.
• Strong diagnostic mindset with hands-on comfort using modern drain-clearing equipment.
• Customer-first attitude with strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.

Pay

• Hourly rate + uncapped commissions ($75,000 – $125,000+ annual earning potential).
• Sign-on bonus available for qualified candidates.
• Company vehicle & gas card provided.
