Setup Operator

Main Tasks

• Aiding in the setup, adjustment, and operation of machinery to produce goods or parts according to specifications.
• Assisting in the acquisition of operation plans and carrying out the processing of manufacturing batches of bulk materials/ingredients, including mechanical processing as required.
• Performing cleaning, servicing, and routine maintenance on machines to ensure they remain in good working order.
• Monitoring machines during operation to ensure they are functioning properly and carrying out repairs as needed.
• Identifying problems (causes) that occur with machines and supporting the optimization of processes for troubleshooting.
• Administering operational processes and keeping accurate records of machine performance.
