Operators & Setups

Responsibilities

• Operates and monitors equipment used in the production process
• Responsible for the line performance regarding output and uptime
• Ensures production processes remain compliant with Quality Policies and initiates appropriate measures in case of deviations
• Cleans and maintains machines and equipment
• Digitally documents process and quality data
• Setups: Troubleshoots and solves equipment problems and scrap issues
• Stocks materials for daily change-overs, and delivers molds to mold control
• Completes maintenance work orders
• Documents mold change
• Validates pre-production requirements

Qualifications

• A High School Diploma, Technical Training, or equivalent degree
• A high level of commitment and flexibility
• Willingness and ability to work shifts (2nd and 3rd shifts available)
• Willingness and resilience to meet the physical demands of the position
• Flexibility to work in a fast-paced and consistently changing environment
