Responsibilities

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to follow written work instructions, procedures, and safety guidelines
• Comfortable working with small parts and using basic inspection tools
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Reliable attendance and willingness to learn new manufacturing processes
• Ability to work in a cleanroom environment

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Previous manufacturing, assembly, or medical device experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail and quality
• Ability to read and follow written work instructions and procedures
• Basic mechanical aptitude and comfort working with small components
• Ability to use inspection tools such as calipers, micrometers, and gage pins preferred
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, cleanroom manufacturing environment
