Setup & Operate - Fin Roll 2nd shift

Responsibilities

• Operates turret punch press
• Operates support PC
• Performs quality checks and records data
• Checks prints and sets up machine
• Maintains tooling
• Maintains basic maintenance on machine
• Cleans machine weekly
• Maintains a clean safe work environment
• Formal Finn-Power training in machine operation and controls
• Formal Finn-Power training on automatic nesting of programs and monitoring programs
• Formal Finn-Power training on automatic sorting of parts and monitoring location
• Personal Computer and keyboard capability
• Blue print reading

Qualifications

• Takes 6 months of punch press experience to be 90% proficient
• Education & Qualifications: Formal Finn-Power training in machine operation and controls, formal Finn-Power training on automatic nesting of programs and monitoring programs, formal Finn-Power training on automatic sorting of parts and monitoring location
