Responsibilities

• Provide long-term care and personal assistance.
• Aid with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, grooming, and medication reminders.
• Utilize skills like first aid and knowledge of residents' rights to ensure quality care.
• Drive to appointments or outings as needed, using a valid driver's license.
• Show compassion and empathy while supporting individuals with developmental disabilities or Alzheimer's.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment, including meal preparation and light housekeeping tasks.

Requirements

• 1+ years of professional caregiving experience with seniors, including previous employment history.
• Able to work independently and treat vulnerable populations with empathy, dignity, and respect.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record, along with proof of car insurance.
