Setter / Closer — Roofing Sales (Field-Based)

Position Overview

We are hiring presentable, ambitious Setter/Closers who can generate opportunities and close deals in the field. This is a door-to-door, full-cycle sales role where you will:

• Knock doors
• Set appointments
• Build rapport with homeowners
• Closet roofing projects

Setter Responsibilities

Canvass neighborhoods through door-to-door outreach
Initiate conversations and set qualified appointments with homeowners
Follow a structured script to identify roofing needs and opportunities

Closer Responsibilities

Conduct consultations and present roofing solutions
Build trust and guide homeowners through the decision-making process
Close deals and generate signed agreements

Daily Execution

• Work assigned territories across Bristol, Greeneville, Morristown, and Sevierville areas
• Track activity, appointments, and results
• Maintain professionalism and represent the brand with integrity

What We’re Looking For

• Comfortable with door-to-door roofing sales and appointment setting
• Self-motivated, competitive, and coachable
• Able to follow a structured script and sales process
• Professional, trustworthy demeanor when speaking with homeowners
• Willing to work evenings and weekends to reach homeowners
• Comfortable with a 1099 commission-only structure and income variability

PREFERRED CANDIDATE PROFILE

• Entry-level to early-career candidates comfortable with field work and door-to-door sales
• Motivated by commission-based income and performance-driven rewards
• Strong communication skills with the ability to handle rejection and stay resilient
• Reliable transportation to travel between service areas
