Provide quality customer service to patients, employees and members of the public, ensuring a respectful and helpful response is provided to all face-to-face and telephone enquiries, facilitating timely access to people and services and supporting a positive opinion of the health service.
Responsible for the day-to-day running and operation of Telecommunication services incorporating PABX/VoIP/Spectralink telephone services, MIE (Message Integration Engine) and Paging services.
Responsibilities
- Operate a busy switchboard in a call-centre environment.
- Work a 24-hour, 7-days-a-week roster.
Requirements
- Proven customer service skills.
- Proven organisational skills and ability to work with limited supervision.
- Demonstrated effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to work as part of a team and in a busy environment.

Pay
$70,881.98 - $73,766.41 per annum plus superannuation.
