Serving Attendant

Responsibilities

• Take food orders from guests in dining facilities and serve meals according to the Dining Room Manual, always maintaining a high level of customer service.
• Maintain cleanliness of the area around designated section or workstation to ensure a safe and welcoming environment.
• Hold and maintain a valid KY STAR (Server Training in Alcohol Regulations) certification.
• Other duties as assigned to support smooth restaurant operations.

Qualifications

Prior experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting preferred but not required. Strong customer service skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment are required.
