Overview

We are seeking an experienced Servicing Advisor to serve as the primary relationship manager and trusted advisor for an established portfolio of high-net-worth clients. This individual will provide comprehensive financial planning, investment guidance, and ongoing relationship management while delivering an exceptional client experience. The ideal candidate is a consultative wealth management professional who is passionate about building long-term client relationships, providing personalized advice, and collaborating with internal and external professionals to develop sophisticated financial strategies. Key Responsibilities

  • Client Relationship Management:
    • Serve as the lead advisor for an established portfolio of high-net-worth client households.
    • Build and strengthen long-term client relationships through proactive communication and exceptional service.
    • Lead client review meetings and present customized financial planning and investment recommendations.
    • Coordinate with attorneys, CPAs, insurance professionals, and other trusted advisors to support each client's comprehensive financial strategy.
    • Deliver a personalized, high-touch client experience while anticipating evolving client needs.
    • Identify opportunities to deepen existing client relationships through additional planning solutions and services.
  • Financial Planning & Investment Advisory:
    • Develop and present comprehensive financial plans tailored to each client's goals.
    • Conduct ongoing portfolio reviews and provide investment recommendations aligned with client objectives and risk tolerance.
    • Advise clients on: retirement planning, wealth preservation, estate planning strategies, tax-efficient investing, charitable and philanthropic planning, education funding, and cash management and lending solutions.
    • Monitor changes in clients' financial situations and recommend proactive planning opportunities.
  • Business Development:
    • Cultivate referral relationships with Centers of Influence, including attorneys, CPAs, and insurance professionals.
    • Expand existing client relationships through thoughtful planning conversations and solution-based recommendations.
    • Represent the firm professionally within the community through networking and relationship-building opportunities.
    • Contribute to the continued growth of the practice by delivering an exceptional client experience that generates referrals.
  • Practice Management:
    • Manage client follow-up, service requests, and planning deliverables in a timely manner.
    • Maintain accurate CRM records and document client interactions.
    • Utilize financial planning and portfolio management technology to deliver efficient, high-quality service.
    • Monitor client service standards and ensure an exceptional client experience.
    • Mentor junior advisors and support staff while contributing to a collaborative team environment.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in wealth management, private banking, financial advisory, or relationship management.
  • CFP®, CFA®, CPWA®, ChFC®, or similar professional designation preferred, or active progress toward obtaining one.
  • Demonstrated success managing complex client relationships and leading client meetings independently.
  • Strong knowledge of: comprehensive financial planning, investment management, retirement planning, estate and trust planning concepts, and tax-aware wealth strategies.
  • Experience working with high-net-worth or ultra-high-net-worth clients preferred.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems, financial planning software, and portfolio reporting platforms.
  • Outstanding communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
  • High level of professionalism, discretion, integrity, and fiduciary mindset.
