About the role

We are seeking a professional to help promote and support our all-in-one software platform designed to accelerate today’s contracting businesses in the commercial and residential trades. Our software includes tools for proposal building, service agreements, job costing, accounting, CRM, client pricing, reporting, and more to maximize profits, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Promote and demonstrate software features such as:
  • Proposal Builder: Create branded, professional proposals and quotes that convert automatically to agreements upon customer acceptance.
  • Service Agreements: Automate recurring services and provide insights into all contracts to maximize profits and efficiency.
  • Job Costing: Deliver real-time insights into expenses and profit margins for every contract.
  • Accounting: Automate day-to-day tasks within a centralized hub for accurate financial insights and cash flow control.
  • Customer & Location Records: Provide easy access to equipment history, customer insights, and invoices from the field or office.
  • Client-Specific Pricing: Tailor price books by customer and build rules for dynamic updates to material and labor costs.
  • Reporting & Dashboards: Utilize robust analytics through pre-built and customizable reports to understand business operations.
  • Client Portal: Offer customers access to service histories, work order requests, and invoice payments via a personalized portal.
• Highlight additional platform capabilities, including:
  • Marketing: Optimize marketing budgets by investing in high-performing channels and ads.
  • Dispatching: Ensure productivity and profitability by dispatching the right technician to the right job.
  • Booking: Simplify the booking process to increase call and web booking volume.
  • Mobile App: Empower technicians with job details, an up-to-date price book, and other critical information.
  • Estimates: Enable quick and easy estimate creation in the field with tools for follow-up on unsold estimates.
  • Invoicing: Automate invoice management for easy payment collection and instant office visibility.
  • Customer Experience: Build a two-way communication channel for customer visibility and quick issue resolution.
• Showcase project management and operational tools, such as:
  • Project Management: Track progress and profits in real time to identify risks and allocate resources effectively.
  • Purchasing & Inventory: Automate warehouse tracking, truck stocking, and purchase order generation.
  • Progress Billing: Generate payment applications following AIA billing standards for accurate, on-time payments.
  • Crew Management: Empower lead technicians with tools to drive productivity.
  • Dynamic Forms: Provide digital forms that sync automatically with the office to optimize workflows.
  • Accounting Integrations: Integrate with QuickBooks, Intacct, Viewpoint Vista, or other accounting software.
  • WIP Reporting: Use customizable WIP reports to identify risks and allocate resources effectively.
