Services Strategy MBA Intern -Summer 2027
Position Summary
Contribute to a range of responsibilities including developing the Services strategy, conducting research and data analysis, creating summaries and presentations to effectively communicate results and recommendations, modeling market and financial data, and completing other projects as assigned.
Responsibilities
- Engage with key stakeholders in Services and Regional Strategy & Planning, Marketing, Sales, Finance, and other functions to establish foundational networks and execute high visibility projects that support the Company's top initiatives.
- Support the Services staff and the business units to develop the Services strategy. This will include the synthesizing of multiple data points and rolling up individual business plans to create a cohesive and consistent Services strategy.
- In conjunction with Services Finance, refine and implement financials models for strategic and annual planning horizons, and strategic investment reviews.
- Work cross functionally to understand company capabilities and how these capabilities can be used to solve additional customer needs.
- Conduct and analyze competitive market research: evaluate competitors including strategies, tactics and pricing, and establish measures to address potential opportunities or threats to the business. Packaging with data for senior level distribution.
- Identify, track and evaluate market and technology trends and disruption opportunities. Packaging these trends with data for senior level distribution.
- Conduct market assessments, growth rates, and develop go to market plans.
Qualifications
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong financial and analytical capabilities with broad business acumen.
- Well-developed leadership practices and interpersonal skills.
- Proactive and high energy style.
- Demonstrated ability to clearly present a detailed market understanding to internal and external customers.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or Engineering.
- 5 years of strategy, financial modeling and/or transformation experience.
- Currently pursuing an MBA from an accredited institution.
