Services Sales Solutions Architect Senior Director

About the role

This role will support revenue growth through customer focus, relationship development, and disciplined commercial execution. You will collaborate with sales, customer, product, and operational partners to identify opportunities, solve problems, and improve outcomes. The position offers the opportunity to strengthen market execution, customer relationships, and measurable business results within a technology-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Scope the company projects accurately, addressing people, skills, and timeframe needs
• Share best practices with clients using deep platform expertise, particularly with the company Core/PSS
• Oversee pre-sales solutioning for large, multi-cloud implementations
• Engage with Account and Services Sales teams to develop client-specific proposals and staffing plans
• Mentor team members on complex project scoping efforts
• Lead strategic pre-sales initiatives and manage multiple strategic client relationships
• Build strong executive relationships with customers and the company teams

Requirements

• 5+ years of direct experience delivering and/or overseeing the company solutions
• 12+ years of experience in consulting services, including leadership roles and technical solution sales
• 2+ years of experience sizing and scoping the company projects
• Company System Architect Certification (or similar required)
• U.S. citizenship and ability to pass federal government background investigation

Pay

$160,000 – $200,000 annually
