About the role

As the Services Operations Manager, you will lead the delivery and optimization of post-sales services across multiple regions. Reporting to the Director of Customer Success, you will oversee the implementation and management of service delivery processes, ensuring high-quality customer experiences and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the development and execution of service delivery plans to meet customer needs and business objectives.
  • Manage and optimize service delivery workflows to enhance customer satisfaction and operational effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align service strategies with broader business goals.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders including customers, partners, and internal teams.
  • Lead process improvement initiatives to identify and implement best practices in service delivery.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant policies and procedures related to customer service and operations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within the technology industry.
  • Proven track record of managing and optimizing complex service delivery processes.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships at all levels of an organization.
  • Experience with project management tools and methodologies such as Agile or Scrum.
